I offer the bidule system, a portable, wireless device for simultaneous interpretation.
✓ Recommended for small groups of people, for interpreting at outdoor events, factory tours, trade shows, dynamic presentations, courses, or business meetings. *
The kit contains: 30 receivers, 2 transmitters, 2 microphones, 30 headphones, chargers for each device, a charging port, and a small, practical case.
The devices are small, lightweight, and stay charged for approximately two days.
I can increase the number of devices with trusted suppliers.
General rental conditions:
- To rent the bidule system, please contact me at least one week in advance.
- The cost will be calculated based on the number of devices and the number of days they will be needed.
- The shipping cost will be included in the quote I send you.
- I will take care of organizing both shipping and collection.
- I can also manage the technical aspects of using the bidule system at your event for an additional fee.
- Each device that is not returned or is damaged will incur a cost of €100.00. In the case of a damaged microphone or headset, the cost will be €50.00 each.
Cancellation policy:
- 50% of the agreed cost will be charged if the cancellation of the service is notified between 10 and 5 business days before the agreed date of the service.
- 100% of the agreed cost will be charged if the cancellation of the service is notified less than 5 business days before the agreed date of the service.
When the audience is large, there are more than two language groups, and the space is big, it is recommended to install interpretation equipment with a booth. If this is your case, contact me and I will find a supplier for you.
